  1. You can’t go to Disneyland without having a meal here. The food is great and the atmosphere better. It is right on Main Street but you go back to the turn of the last century as you assend the staircase to the restaurant. Booking a table for late in the evening is a good idea as you can watch the parade from your table if your lucky. The service is second to none, with many of the waiters/waiteress being their for many years. Children, as you you would hope, are treated very well by the staff and when they have the time made a great fuss of.

  2. We really enjoyed our meal here-we visited on Bastille day and was lovely to sit and get some peace and quiet and relax and enjoy our meal whilst watching the disney Express and the hub bub on main street from the comfort of our seats! Waitress was very friendly and helpful towards our baby and the food was good.

Bathrooms quite small though and felt I was in a few peoples way when using the baby changing flip down changer.

  3. Excellent restaurant. Lovely food - well presented and no burgers, nuggets, chips, etc, etc in sight. The setting is of a 1900s style hotel and is so much different to anywhere else in Disney. Couldn’t wish for better.

The cost is the same as all of the other sit down restaurants at Disney. We found them all expensive but this was worth it.

  4. Great ambience, really friendly and helpful staff, superb decor and very good quality food and a vaired menu.

We’ve been to DLRP about 22 times and we always try to visit Walt’s at least once.

It’s not the cheapest, but it is also not as expensive as it looks. I would say it is very good value for money, when you consider what you get for your money. On a Euro for Euro basis, I would say this is one of the best value restaurants on the park.

Our best time was when we went at Christmas and the kids watched the lighting up of Main Street from the upstairs window in-between courses.

Peaceful, calm, reaxing, wonderful. A haven within the wonderful madness that is DLRP!

    A must visit.

  5. What a great restaurant this is!!!
This restaurant should be an example to all the other restaurants at the resort, and is always on our must-do list!

This is one of the few places at the resort that really brings some peace and silence and offers you a great menu… They alsy have a special of the week, which is great if you go there often, as you can always be surprised with something new to discover (a feature that I miss in some of the other restaurants where they mostly have fixed menus all year long…).

There is a waiter working there who has been working for the resort since opening day, and he is absolutely brilliant. The best service we ever got! What makes this restaurant so great is that it really tends to be so different from the other restaurants in the resort. The service is so much better!

Also, the different, smaller rooms you sit in really gives you a cosy feeling, and adds to the atmosphere enourmously!

Please Disney: use this restaurant as an example of what you should do to some of the other restaurants throughout the resort!

  6. My new favourite restaurant in the whole resort! I’ve been there now three times and I’ve never been disappointed there. The food is ‘real’ food instead of burgers and hotdogs, which you can find every few meters in the parks.
The service is excellent there. And I would reccommend to ask for a table at the window when you make the reservation, and if you can, plan your diner during the parade. You’ve got a first class view from the first floor when you eat there.
Ok, you pay a few euro’s more than other restaurants, but it’s worth it!

  7. The service in this restaurant always stands out to me. I ate here first last June, when the park was nearly closing (I think it closed at 7 and the woman at the reception squeezed us in at about 6 ‘0 clock) and we were sat in the room at the top of the stairs overlooking Main Street. The menu is good but fairly limited if you’re a fussy eater. There was a set menu for €29 which seemed reasonable and then another for about €34 that included main meals such as steak. The former of the two gave enough choice, with starters such as chicken caeser salad and tomato pate - basil and mozzarella with toast. There was only one chicken dish on the menu as there was only one pasta - everything else was either red meat or fish. You can, however, ask for the main meal (or dessert or starter) of the day, which differs regularly. Then, for dessert - there was a lot of choice - gourmet chocolate pudding, caramel ice cream sundae, cold strawberry soup and other really nice things. The drinks are more or less the same as in any Disney restaurant or bar and of a similar price. The location, theming and service are really what makes this place stand out - it’s just a shame it’s inside the park as a lot of the time, you’re still way too full up from breakfast to eat a big meal before the park closes (at 7 in our case)

A good tip for Walt’s is to book. We didn’t book in summer and were lucky, but this time around we went in twice and they didn’t have any tables - so booked through our concierge and had a lovely time.
