  1. What can I say? Fantastic service. Hilarious waiter kept the children amued. We used the half board plus scheme here. The half board menu was limited but absolutley delicious. We will go again.

  2. Strangely enough, my boyfriend and I never really eat steak but during our recent holiday decided to bite the bullet and try it. The interior of the restaurant is really grand, like an upmarket Chicago warehouse and there are free lollipops at the entrance along with sweets to keep the children quiet until dinner time. There is a set menu although it is quite limited as the starters are either meat or fish - if you’re fussy this might be a problem - but the mains and desserts featured on it were really good. We decided to go for items from the general menu and didn’t need a starter because there was a complimentary bread basket which was refilled without us even asking or it being eaten! The staff are very attentive and are quick to make recommendations. The menu us fairly expensive, with main meals ranging from about €24 - €40 depending on the type of steak you want. Portions are good, they leave you with just enough room for pudding, oh - and you can ask for your steak to be done how you prefer it.
The desserts were excellent; apple pie with Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, a trio of mini American style desserts and Bailey’s Creme Brulee for example - all reasonably priced. The drinks menu is similar to all other table restaurants and the ‘fantasia’ cocktail is especially good.
A good tip - this restaurant is very large, if you go about 6pm it is generally very quiet and you could probably walk in on the night and be able to be seated.
