  1. 10 stars from me to this special 25th anniversary show! Just one word: magical! We saw the nighttime version when it was already dark. When the music starts, I had to shiver. Mickey and the dancers perform a professional dance and after it, Mickey lights up the candles on the Castle - this is a really magical moment with great music! In the end, Mickey is dancing with his friends on the stage to the song “Just Like We Dreamed It” - the celebration won’t last forever, so it’s really worth seeing!

  2. Enjoyed this show - was good to see all the characters in the one place at the same time (Chip ‘n’ Dale were amazing). Loved as each part lit up one at a time and then the finale with Tinkerbell throwing her pixie dust. Well worth seeing.

  3. I have seen it twice last week and have been impressed both times though at 7pm was not dark enough to enjoy ti completely.
It gave me a *magic* feeling and so did the rest of the party as they run to see it the second time round.
It is worth watching but suppose it is even better at night.

  4. Despite the park being open til 10pm on the Saturday of our visit, Candleabration was done at 8pm. The rest of our stay it was on at 7pm. This is a great problem for a ‘light’ show as it wasn’t even getting dark. The sun was still very much up and so all we could see were the dancers and characters on stage. We were looking forward to seeing this after watching videos but felt it was really wasted due to it still being light. The lights looked amazing on Main Street and on the castle later on in the evenings, but we didn’t see the ‘turning on’ of them. The Christmas ‘Enchanted Fairytale Ceremony’ had a real atmosphere and ‘wow’ factor to it, which I’m sure this would have if the settings had been appropriate. It also gets incredibly busy, so if you want a good view - secure your spot early.

Candleabration

Grand ceremony at the heart of the 25th Anniversary celebrations.

Every night, a glorious gathering of Disney characters heralds the grand illumination of the Castle’s fifteen glowing candles.
